  All fonts embedded, outlined or included in a separate folder
  All images 300dpi or greater, embedded or included in a separate folder
  All elements should be CMYK
  
• Tiff or raster EPS
  300 dpi, CMYK
• Vector EPS
  All fonts embedded, outlined, or included in a separate folder

Most programs allow data to be exported as PDF, EPS or TIF. This option is recommended to avoid extra charges.
