Turnaround Time start from the Time that the order has been submitted.
If files have problems the order in ON HOLD, until the problem has been resolved.
The turnaround time starts from that time. Job must be submitted before Cutoff time.
Cutoff time is 12 Noon EST.

(some bindery operations may take longer)
